Version Sigma 0.5.1

Hi, this is a small patch update.

 Because we escaped a bug that you could still find /record fps in sigma version 0.5 and the /repeat fps command did not work well.

Nothing was added or taken away that shouldn't have been. THIS IS JUST A PATCH UPDATE.
